Interprods understands that a customer’s business model relies on equipment availability. Our national network of field based Technicians ensure equipment is readily available minimalizing costly downtime.
our professional response and verification of customer problems assists in finding a ready solution. We always attempt a phone fix to minimise inconvenience and downtime. Our call desk services are available Monday to Friday, 08h30 to 16h30.
This is an optional feature. Should equipment be removed from the customer’s premises for repairs, a loan unit will, in its place, are installed until the repaired unit is returned.
Our restoration centres provide a comprehensive range of improvements and repair services to prolong the useful and efficient working life of your equipment.
We provide complete refurbishment services on all products we sell and support. Products are restored to “like new” status and re-certified to ensure the highest standards.
Spot-on service contracts are available on all our products. We also offer a choice of maintenance contracts for installations, on-site and/or field maintenance, including non-contractual time and material field call-out service.
